Care covers the monthly checks and supplied-content allowance shown in your plan. A new feature, redesign, recovery incident, or ongoing SEO campaign needs its own agreed scope.

Basic Website Care includes a monthly check of key pages, links, and contact paths, up to 20 minutes of supplied text or image updates, and a maintenance summary after the review. For example, an approved change to opening hours, a supplied paragraph, or a replacement project photo may fit the update allowance, depending on the website and time required. The summary records what was checked, which agreed updates were completed, and items needing your decision. Agree on relevant access and key customer actions at the start.

Business Website Care includes everything in Basic, with up to 45 minutes total of supplied content updates each month and a monthly review of available traffic and inquiry tracking. That 45-minute allowance replaces the Basic allowance; it is not an extra 45 minutes on top. You supply approved wording and imagery, ideally with the page address, the old content, and its replacement. We prioritize the list with you and confirm whether a requested change fits before doing work outside the plan.
Know which work needs a separate scope.
Care is different from a redesign, a new page, a new integration, custom software, or an ongoing search campaign. The plans do not include unlimited updates, guaranteed uptime, emergency response, security incident recovery, or a promise that every third-party platform remains compatible. Domains, hosting, paid tools, provider fees, and work beyond the agreed allowance are separate.

Before the plan begins, we confirm the website, account access, update approval, scheduling, and reporting arrangements. Allowances do not roll over. Your written agreement defines billing, any cancellation terms, the work included, and the responsibilities that remain with you or your providers. If the website needs substantial repair first, that work is reviewed separately.

What does monthly website care cost?
Basic Website Care is $39 per month. Business Website Care is $69 per month. Both have defined monthly checks and supplied-content allowances; your written agreement confirms the website and arrangements.
How much update time is included?
Basic includes up to 20 minutes of supplied text or image updates each month. Business includes up to 45 minutes total per month. Unused time does not roll over, and larger changes are quoted separately.
Does website care include SEO?
Website care and SEO have different scopes. The care plan covers its listed checks and content-update allowance. Ongoing page optimization, profile work, and search reporting are described in our separate SEO plans.
Is hosting or emergency support included?
Hosting, domains, paid tools, and provider subscriptions are separate. The listed care plans do not include emergency response, security incident recovery, or guaranteed uptime. Any additional support arrangement must be agreed in writing.
Can you care for a website someone else built?
We can review the existing website, access, platform, and condition before accepting a plan. Compatibility or initial repair work may need a separate scope.
