We shape the design around your identity, promotion, or occasion and coordinate the agreed supplier production quote. Use one side for your business identity and the other for an event, message, offer, or approved contact details. We work with supplied artwork or scope a new design. Logos, text, and important elements must fit the selected supplier’s print area and safe margins. Our work covers the agreed design and supplier coordination; stock, manufacturing, and freight are confirmed with the production supplier.
The format follows the print specification.
Our current planning option is a 3.5-inch round, 60-point absorbent pulpboard coaster with two-sided color printing and a restricted central print area. It retains a white rim and is not a full-bleed product. Different-sided artwork, orientation, final stock, and suitable alternatives are confirmed with the supplier before a proof is approved. The image is a presentation concept, not a finished customer order.

Planning quantities run from 250 to 2,500. Estimates depend on artwork, location, supplier formatting, freight, and delivery requirements. Production begins under agreed arrangements after proof approval. Rush availability, exact shipping, and applicable tax require confirmation; a requested in-hand date is not a delivery guarantee.

Are the displayed coaster prices final?
They are planning package estimates. Your written quote confirms design scope, quantity, supplier charges, exact shipping, delivery, and applicable tax before you commit.
Can both sides have different designs?
We can quote different front/back artwork where supported by the chosen supplier. Print orientation, safe margins, and artwork approval are confirmed with the proof.
Can I reorder or make a seasonal version?
Yes. Refer to the previous project when requesting a reorder. We confirm current pricing, artwork changes, supplier availability, and delivery timing for each order.
