Privacy & inquiries.

This notice explains how the current Boom It Up Media website handles project inquiries. Contact Mike Mancini with questions about your information.

Information you choose to send

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, selected service or package, project message, and any optional project details you enter, such as quantities, deadlines, delivery location, flyer format, or requested features. The guided brief can also include a business name, goals, budget range, and estimator selections. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive documents. Calling, texting, or emailing uses the service or app you choose.

How an inquiry is handled

Submitted inquiries are saved in the website's database so Mike can review your request and respond about the project. They are available through an owner-protected studio inbox. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. The form saves your inquiry directly; it does not currently send automated email notifications.

Optional device-local drafts

The guided brief offers an explicit Save draft on this device button. If you choose it, contact details, project information, and estimator selections are stored in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to Mike until you submit. You can restore or remove the saved draft. Drafts older than 30 days are removed when the saved draft is next read. Invalid saved drafts are also removed. Avoid saving on a shared device; clearing your browser data also removes the local copy. A successful brief submission attempts to remove its saved local draft.

Private project area

When Mike creates a project, the project area can hold its assigned customer email, scope, milestones, plain-text proofs and handoff documents, uploaded files, review messages, document-specific approvals, and owner-entered invoice records. Trusted platform identity is used to restrict each customer to their assigned projects; the studio owner administers the records. Uploaded files are held in private object storage and downloaded through authorization checks. The website does not process payments or treat project review approvals as electronic contract signatures. The marketing website is public. The project area requires ChatGPT sign-in and a project assignment from Mike; signing in does not grant access to another customer’s records.

Hosting, security, and external services

The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and its database infrastructure. The hosting service may process technical request and security information. To limit automated form abuse, the inquiry system stores a timestamp and a hash derived from the source IP address, along with the inquiry. The site's inquiry database does not store the raw IP address. Platform sign-in and access controls are managed by the hosting service.

Google Fonts is used to display the site's typography, so your browser may contact Google's font service. Portfolio and other external links take you to sites with their own privacy practices. We have not added third-party advertising pixels or a visitor analytics tag to this build.

Access, corrections, and removal requests

Contact Mike to request access to, correction of, or removal of the inquiry information you supplied. Include enough information to identify the inquiry, such as its receipt reference and the email used, and do not include sensitive documents. Mike may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Inquiries are held for project communication and follow-up; contact Mike about your specific request.

Questions and updates

This notice will need to be reviewed if the site's contact methods, analytics, marketing tools, or hosting change.
